You may order by phone if you wish. We do take Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Please have your card ready. We do not have operators standing by waiting for your call, so you may have to be persistent and let the phone ring 10 times. Please do not call before 8:30 am if you want a capable, coherent person on this end of the line. Please note we are closed on Thursdays.

SHIPPING

We ship spring and fall, using our judgment as to the best time. We ask your preference for shipping date and will comply as closely as possible. Orders will usually be sent UPS but we will send via Priority Mail if you desire, or if the order is placed late in the season. Be sure to give adequate directions for UPS. They do not deliver to post office boxes.

We strongly suggest that customers who live in the states listed below request 3-Day Select rate. UPS Ground Delivery can take more than a week to reach these locations. 3-Day Select is guaranteed to get to you in 3 days. Or choose 2nd Day Air for best possible results. It is also guaranteed to reach you in that time frame. We don't like to hear of plants sitting in a terminal over the weekend.

If you have a problem with any of the plants on this order, please contact us within 30 days. Telling us a few months to a year later that a plant did not arrive in good condition will elicit our sympathies, but no more. We choose the biggest and best to send to you. Once in a rare while, shipments are not delivered in a timely fashion. We can do something about this only if we know about it right away.

VISIT THE NURSERY

You are welcome to come at any time during the season to see first hand what is in bloom. There is always a multitude of flowers to see. We also have photos of everything we offer, so you can see all the blooms, one way or another. Our business hours at the nursery are 10-6 Mon.-Sat. and 2-6 on Sunday and holidays. The only days that we will be closed are Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and every Thursday. We open April 1 and divide our last plant Oct. 15. Tours may be arranged for any time of day or evening and we would appreciate 7 days notice. We are located 3½ miles south of Wayne, Ne. on Highway 15 or 11½ miles north of the Highway 275-15 Junction.
